Order placement – DEADLINES
At Cld Farm Fresh, we are committed to bringing you the freshest produce, and our delivery schedule reflects that dedication. Currently, we offer delivery services on every Wednesday and Sunday to the following districts: Colombo, Kaluthara, and Gampaha.

To ensure the utmost freshness of your orders, we kindly request that you place your orders by 6 a.m. on the day before the scheduled delivery. This means:

For Sunday doorstep delivery: Please submit your order by 6 a.m. on Saturday. (Orders placed on Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, & Friday will be collected at 6 a.m. on Saturday).

For Wednesday doorstep delivery: Please submit your order by 6 a.m. on Tuesday. (Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday, & Monday will be collected at 6 a.m. on Tuesday).

By adhering to these ordering deadlines, you can enjoy the freshest farm-to-table experience possible.

Product Delivery
We deliver products exclusively to locations within the Colombo, Kaluthara, and Gampaha Districts. One of our representatives will contact you on the specified delivery dates prior to delivering your order. The delivery of items depends on the availability of the ordered item and the delivery location. By making a purchase, you confirm that the provided delivery address is accessible. Please refer to the below information on placing orders

Foreign Currency Transactions (Credit Cards/Debit Cards)
This option is applicable only to credit cards/debit cards issued outside of Sri Lanka, based on a pre-determined exchange rate. The transaction will be completed at the discretion of the respective cardholder, who can clearly select the payment method at checkout.

Refund Policy for All Card Transactions
Once a payment is made, it is considered final, and cancellations or refunds will not be permitted thereafter. However, in cases where management grants approval for a refund, it will be credited back to the original cardholder’s account only. Please note that in such instances, the cardholder may be responsible for relevant bank charges associated with the transaction.
